I contacted Marco to help with my web design, a quick phone call soon led to a meeting to discuss ideas. He did not force any of his designs or ideas at all during this early stage which made me feel at ease from the start. He took his time and came back with in-depth knowledge of a range of sites similar to what I had asked for. He mixed my ideals with others and came up with a perfect design just for me. The next step in the process was his ability to keep communicating with me on each step of the design, adapting as we went.
